Who we are

Facify is operated by VeriTrack Systems (“we”, “us”). This policy describes how we handle account, billing, and biometric-related data when you use Facify.

Data we process

• Account details: email, organization name, password hash
• Billing profile: legal name, address, TIN/VAT ID, phone, billing email
• Payment metadata via Paystack (we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage and credit ledger records
• Face templates and related staff identifiers you submit through the API or Studio

Why we process it

To provide enroll/verify/identify, authenticate your organization, meter prepaid credits, issue invoices (including Ghana VAT where applicable), and secure the service.

Retention & control

You control tenant and staff enrollment data through the dashboard and API. Contact us to request account deletion subject to legal and billing retention requirements.
