Agreement

By creating a Facify account you agree to these terms with VeriTrack Systems. If you use Facify on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

The service

Facify provides face enroll, verify, and identify APIs, a dashboard, Studio, prepaid credits, and an optional GHS cash wallet. Features may change as we improve the product.

Credits, wallet & VAT

Face calls consume prepaid credits on success. Credit packs are priced in GHS ex-VAT; checkout adds 15% Ghana VAT. Wallet deposits are cash in GHS without VAT; VAT applies when wallet funds buy credits. Unused monthly grant credits expire at month end (UTC). Purchased never-expire credits do not expire under the current product rules.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful basis to process biometric data for the people you enroll. Do not use Facify for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or to violate privacy laws. You are responsible for securing API keys and tenant access.

Billing

Invoices may require a complete billing profile (legal name, address, city, TIN, billing email). Payments are processed by Paystack or deducted from your Facify wallet where available.
